Warranty and returns
As a customer, you are entitled to a reliable product. As importer, we therefore do everything possible to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Before we dispatch our products, they are tested to ensure they are operating correctly. It sometimes occurs that a product does not work as expected. In that case, please contact our customer services department. The following are not covered by the warranty:

•Damage caused by water, a fall or a blow to the product
•Improper use of the item
•Damage to the atomizer due to improper use
•Damage as a result of using the MyCigarette e-cigarette in combination with other brands

Product warranty
All MyCigarette products are supplied with a factory warranty of 12 months. After the expiry of this warranty period, you can purchase replacement parts on our website at reduced prices.

Refund Policy
MiCige Electrico SL includes a 7 day refund guarantee on all our products. If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you submit a refund requested within 7 days of the initial order date. In addition, refunds are not available for any order that has been replaced free of charge with the same or a substituted product, and/or has had a discount or credit applied via a discount coupon code or any other form of discount, opened products or damaged products.

How to receive a refund?
MiCige Electrico SL will cancel and refund a qualifying order upon request. The refund request must be done by contacting us by telephone or sending an email with refund request to our customer service. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial order date and must be easily identifiable by containing relevant order particulars, such as an order number.
