One thing is for sure, it is never to late to quit smoking. A recent survey under electronic cigarette users has proven that most of them use the electronic cigarette to quit smoking. How does the program work?

You will be smoking more healthy from the start of the program. The program is setup to gradually lower your addicted nicotine leven but in a comfortable way. This will be reached in the following manner:

1. The first 25 days you will be starting to smoke our electronic cigarette in combination with "high" refills. This is the nicotine level you are currently smoking in your normal cigarettes.
2. The next 25 days you are going to lower your nicotine level one step by using the "medium" refills. You are going to reduce your nicotine level without even realising it.
3. The third 25 days you will be lowering your nicotine level again by using the "light" refills. Again you will not even realise it.
4. Finally, the last 25 days, you are going to switch to our "zero" refills. These refills do not contain any nicotine. In this phase you stopped smoking succesfully and your are only smoking for your habit. You will not get any nicotine in your body anymore.
