How is the electronic cigarette functioning?

The electronic cigarette contains 3 parts:

1. The battery: the battery supplies the energy for the cigarette
2. The atomizer: this is the electronic part of the cigarette
3. The refill: this contains the liquid with or without nicotine

The atomizer (2) is being screwed on the battery (1) and the refill (3) is being placed on the atomizer. After this is done is the electronic cigarette ready to use.

By inhaling like you do with your normal cigarette the electronic cigarette is automatically turned on. First the battery will be activated and the led lights up. At the same time the liquid (nicotine) is going through the atomizer. This will heat the battery and the liquid will be vaporized what is producing the smoke (water vapor) which you inhale.

After using the electronic cigarette for a certain period of time the battery need to be charged. This also means for the refill. The refill is empty after a certain number of inhalations and need to be replaced than. Each refill equals a normal package of cigarettes.
